We are all familiar with those rocking drums, associated with music. But have you heard off a laser printer drum. Firstly, let me introduce you to a laser printer, just like a computer printer it also prints texts and graphics on plain piece of paper. Therefore, drum is the inseparable part of the laser printer, like every copier. Both these laser printer and copiers have drums that help in producing an image, while transferring it to a paper. But there lies a difference between these two; the image is transcribed differently in case of laser printers. Above all the print image needs to be inscribed necessarily in the drum.
