OEM, Compatible, Refurbished / Remanufactured or Refill Printer Toner Cartridges

There are basically four types of toner cartridges available in the market. The first ones are the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) toner cartridges that are manufactured by brands like HP, Epson, Dell and Canon. The second category of toner cartridges is the compatible or generic cartridges which are similar to OEM cartridges in quality but much lower in terms of price.  Remanufactured or refurbished toner cartridges comprises the third category of these cartridges which are recycled from the original ones. The fourth category is that of the refill toner cartridges that can be refilled with toner ink and used again and again till they are worn out.

In order to get quality printing output, it is very important to use high quality toner cartridges. If you use low quality toner cartridges in your printer they can potentially harm your printer. Low quality toner ink cartridges might be low on cost but in the long run they can cost you much more. These low quality printer cartridges can destroy your printer with their poor quality ink and can have several other bad effects for your printer like paper jams and make your roller wear out prematurely. In addition to these problems low quality cartridges can leak and bleeding ink on to printed sheets.

A good quality printer is an expensive computer accessory whether it be a laser or an inkjet printer. So are the replacement toner cartridges that you need after your starter cartridges (one that comes with your printer) get exhausted.  Since buying brand new toner cartridges is an expensive proposition people tend to buy low quality printer toner cartridges to try to save money.

Types Of Laminate Film

Laminate film is generally categorized into standard thermal laminating films, low-temperature thermal laminating films, heat set (or heat-assisted) laminating films, pressure-sensitive films, and liquid laminate.

Lamination was invented by Dr. Morris M. Blum, DDS, a dentist in 1938 and dental laminate was the inspiration for the first lamination of a photograph. The three common types of laminators are pouch laminators, laminators and cold roll laminators.

Overhead Projectors Replaced By LCD Projectors

An overhead projector is a flat machine that displays images through the use of transparent slides that are placed on the stage glass mirror, which is a long stand with a mirror and lens at the end that redirects the light towards the screen.

Many overhead projectors have been widely used during classroom presentations and company’s business plans, seminars and meetings. But nowadays, the demand for overhead projector has gone down due to the rise in popularity of the LCD Projector.

The LCD Projector is a video display projector that’s very fast and convenient to use. Presentations can be done in just one click without the use of plastic slides.  Through the latest technology, wide ranges of LCD projectors are now made available to the market with their latest innovations.

What Does A Modem Do?

Modem and router are two different networking hardware equipments. Modem is a modulation device, that is, a modem can modulate and demodulate data. We know that data can be either analog or digital. In computer networking, the data to be used in the computer needs to be digital but the data that is used in the networking can be analog.

For example, while connecting to the Internet by using a telephone line, the data in the networking process, that is, the data from the telephone line are analog. Now, the analog data needs to be converted to digital for processing in computer and digital data needs to be converted to analog to send from computer via the telephone line again. This conversation is the modulation and demodulation processes and the job of modem is basically to convert analog data to digital and digital data to analog.

The job of router, however, is quite different. A router does not change one kind of data to another kind. It simply forwards the data. Router works on a group of data, which are normally called as packets, and forwards the packets across the network.
