Want To Buy DDR3 SDRAM?

DDR3 SDRAM is the latest technology or model of RAM. It reduces heat and power consumption. Its clock speed is higher (faster) than that of DDR2 memory and other DDR memory products. Since DDR3 RAM runs at a higher clock speeds as mentioned previously this will make all components within the processor and graphics card run faster and benefit from receiving information at a faster rate. Therefore DDR3 RMA memory works more efficiently, giving a boost to frame rates while gaming. It also transfers data at twice the rate (eight times the speed of its internal memory arrays). It can enable higher bandwidth. DDR3 SDRAM gives a transfer rate of (memory clock rate) × 4 (for bus clock multiplier) × 2 (for data rate) × 64 (number of bits transferred) / 8 (number of bits/byte). Thus with a memory clock frequency of 100 MHz, DDR3 SDRAM gives a maximum transfer rate of 6400 MB/s. In addition, the DDR3 standard permits chip capacities of up to 8 gigabytes.
