Role Of PCBs Printed Circuit Board

PCB means a printed circuit board. It is a connecting board which forms a base for all the electronic components used and connects them in the required order. PCB can also refer to an open source software which is used to design the required electronic circuits and print them in PCB format. There are many other softwares available for the same purpose. Then the PCB is prepared by a process called etching using some chemicals. There are different types of PCBs which are divided according to the materials used, and the presence of trace PCB layers which are bonded together to form smaller PCB. All the electronic components like resistors, capacitors, connectors, switches and other devices are soldered on to this PCB to form a working electronic circuit. PCBs are present in almost any electronic device in the present day. For instance, the motherboard in your computer is a huge PCB connecting all the elements of the circuit.
