DDR2 Memory

DDR2 stands for Double Data Rate 2. It is the upgraded version of DDR memory, and it is capable of transferring data at a doubling rate than DDR. There is a significant difference between in the designs of DDR and DDR2 memory modules. The DDR2 memory is designed in such a pattern that it can work faster along with both clock cycles of the processor.

DDR2 memory can provide significant speed to your gaming needs, video-editing jobs, watching high-definition videos, etc. For the DDR2 memory; the data transfer rate is appreciable while performing parallel operations at the same time.
